Vorgue FM Uganda does not use the app to build advertising profiles, sell personal information, or track users across other apps or websites[cite: 1]. Shoutouts are a user-initiated feature[cite: 1]. When you submit a shoutout, you understand that the content may be visible to other App users[cite: 1]. Please do not include sensitive personal information, passwords, private contact details, financial information, or information about another person that you do not have permission to share[cite: 1].
We may review, moderate, reject, or remove shoutouts that are unlawful, abusive, unsafe, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate for the service[cite: 1].
Location access is used only when needed for the App feature you choose to use[cite: 1]. The App does not use location to follow you across other apps, build advertising profiles, or sell location information[cite: 1]. To return local weather, the location needed for a weather request may be processed by the service that supplies weather data[cite: 1]. We limit location use to what is reasonably necessary for that feature[cite: 1].
The step counter uses supported device sensors or operating-system motion/physical-activity services to calculate or display your step count[cite: 1]. Vorgue FM Uganda does not use your step information for advertising, marketing profiles, or sale[cite: 1]. Where the App can perform this processing on your device, step information remains on the device except where a technical service is strictly required to provide the feature[cite: 1].
Some App functions may depend on third-party technical services, such as radio streaming infrastructure, weather-data providers, hosting, or platform services supplied by your device operating system[cite: 1]. Those providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver their service under their own privacy terms[cite: 1]. Vorgue FM Uganda does not authorize third parties to use App data for unrelated advertising or to sell it on our behalf[cite: 1].

Shoutouts may be retained for the period necessary to display, moderate, maintain, or manage them and may later be deleted or removed[cite: 1]. Location and motion information used for live App features is not retained by Vorgue FM Uganda longer than necessary for those features, unless retention is technically necessary or legally required[cite: 1].
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited information processed by the App[cite: 1]. No internet transmission, mobile application, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure[cite: 1].
The App is not intended to encourage children to submit personal information[cite: 1]. Users should avoid placing a child's personal or sensitive information in a shoutout[cite: 1]. If we learn that personal information has been submitted by a child in a way that requires deletion under applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to remove it[cite: 1].
You control whether to grant optional permissions such as location or physical-activity access[cite: 1]. You can change these permissions at any time through your device settings[cite: 1]. You may also choose not to submit shoutouts[cite: 1]. We may update this Privacy Policy when the App changes, when legal requirements change, or when we improve our privacy practices[cite: 1].
