At DonXtraBoost, all deposits and orders are subject to the following refund rules. By using our website and services, you agree to this policy.

1. Deposits

All deposits made to your DonXtraBoost account are final and non-reversible. Once a payment has been successfully completed and the balance has been added to your account, the funds will not be refunded back to the original payment method.

Deposited funds must be used to place orders on DonXtraBoost.

2. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing a payment on DonXtraBoost, you agree not to open a dispute or chargeback against us without first contacting our support team and allowing us to review the matter.

If a user files a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal after depositing funds or receiving services, we reserve the right to:

  • suspend or permanently terminate the account

  • cancel pending or future orders

  • remove account balance, promotional credits, or bonuses where applicable

  • block future use of our services

3. Orders

Once an order has been placed, it may not be canceled or refunded to the original payment method after processing has started.

If an order cannot be delivered, is unsupported, or fails for a valid system reason, the refund may be issued as account credit to your DonXtraBoost balance.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or credits will not be provided in the following cases:

  • incorrect link, username, or order details submitted by the customer

  • private, restricted, inactive, or invalid account/page/order target

  • customer changes their mind after placing the order

  • delays caused by third-party platforms or platform changes beyond our control

  • duplicate or overlapping orders placed from multiple providers for the same target at the same time

  • misuse of the service or violation of our Terms and Conditions

5. Fraudulent Activity

Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

  • use of unauthorized or stolen cards

  • suspicious payment behavior

  • false claims

  • abusive refund requests

may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without notice.

6. Service Accuracy

Customers are responsible for confirming all order details before submitting an order. DonXtraBoost is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information entered by the customer.

7. Multiple Providers

Customers are advised not to use multiple providers or panels at the same time for the same page, account, or post. In such cases, results may become inaccurate or impossible to verify, and such orders may not qualify for a refund or credit.
