2. Services
Our services are intended for promotional and digital support purposes. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee that every service will always remain available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
3. Account Registration

6. Orders
Once an order is placed, it may not be canceled if processing has already started. Customers must carefully review all order details before submitting an order.

7. Refunds
Refunds and credits are handled according to our Refund Policy. In cases where a service cannot be delivered, compensation may be issued as account credit instead of a refund to the original payment method.

14. Governing Use

15. Acceptance
By registering an account, adding funds, or placing an order on DonXtraBoost, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
16. Non-Guarantee & Support Ticket Exclusion
By purchasing any service designated as [No Refill], the buyer acknowledges that the service carries a 0% retention guarantee and high drop probability. The platform assumes no responsibility for drops after order completion. Support tickets submitted regarding count drops or refills for [No Refill] orders will be closed immediately upon receipt without review or adjustment.
17. Project and Custom Services (websites, apps and other custom work)
These terms apply to custom projects and services, in addition to the sections above. They are also printed on our official receipts.
17.1 Agreement. By signing up, joining, paying a deposit or paying any amount, you accept all of these terms and the full terms on our website.
17.2 Start and deposit. Work starts after the agreed deposit is received, normally 50% of the project cost. The deposit reserves our time and is not refundable once work has started.
17.3 Scope. The scope is what we agree in writing (site chat, email or WhatsApp). Changes or extra work outside it are quoted separately and paid for with their own receipt.
17.4 What we need from you. You provide what we ask for on time, such as domain access, hosting or server logins, content, brand files and test devices. Delays on your side move the delivery date and are not delays on ours. If you do not reply when we need your input, we may pause the project after 14 days; it restarts when you reply, subject to our availability. After 30 days without a reply the project may be closed, and the deposit stays with us for the work done.
17.5 Delivery. A project counts as delivered when it is finished: we give you the working result (live link, files or app) or tell you it is finished and ready for you to test. Delivery is judged by the project being finished, not by an estimated time. Any estimate we give is only an estimate, and finishing earlier than estimated does not reduce the price.
17.6 Payment when finished. When we tell you the project is finished, the balance is due within 7 days, unless you explain in writing what is not working. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, the project is treated as accepted and the balance stays due. Final files, access and handover are released after full payment.
17.7 Faults. Faults in the agreed scope that you report in writing within 14 days of delivery are fixed free of charge.
17.8 Refunds. No refund is due after work has started or after delivery, unless we fail to deliver the agreed scope.
17.9 Records. Messages in the site chat, email and WhatsApp are the record of what we agreed. A payment is confirmed only by an official DonXtraBoost receipt.
